Zumba

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Power Bar

Power Bar offers a total body workout using a weighted fitness bar. The bar is used in a variety of strengthening, stretching, balancing and cardio exercises.  Although not choreographed, movement is set to fun invigorating music.  Power Bar offers students the ability to adapt movements and bar weight to individual skill and strength levels.

Boot Camp

If you're up for an early morning workout to get your day started, Boot Camp is the class for you!  Always changing, Boot Camp offers a wide variety of exercises in a motivating, fun environment.  No two days are the same - your body will never get in a rut with this class!

Wednesday: Power Bar 6:30-7:30 PM

Thursday: Boot Camp 5:00-6:00 AM

Friday: Power Bar 5:00-6:00 AM

Saturday: Zumba 9:00-10:00 AM
